At BenDoc, I help small business owners take care of their employees by finding the right benefits and HR solutions—without the headaches. More than just an advisor, I’m a friend to employees, helping them understand the great benefits provided by their employer so they feel valued and supported.
What do you love most about supporting our clients?
I love building real relationships with business owners who genuinely care about their employees. Most of all, I love seeing employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to use the benefits their employer provides.
What is a common challenge you help solve?
A common challenge I help solve is making employee benefits simple and easy to understand for both business owners and their teams. I know many employers get overwhelmed by confusing options, rising costs, and employees who often don’t fully understand or use their benefits. I make it my mission to break things down, offering clear guidance and practical solutions so businesses can provide great benefits without the stress.
What’s one thing clients / HR teams don’t realize about what you do?
One thing clients and HR teams often don’t realize is that I’m not just helping them with benefits—I’m helping them build a culture of care. It’s about creating an environment where employees don’t just have benefits—they understand and appreciate them, leading to a stronger, more dedicated workforce.

We work with a particular type of business owner—one who really cares about their employees. We don’t just offer solutions; we build relationships and ensure that businesses can provide meaningful benefits that make a real impact on their teams.
Fun fact about you outside of work?
When I’m not helping small business owners, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and being outdoors, whether it’s gardening, hiking, boating, or target shooting.

Showing true care and treating others better than you would want to be treated is so meaningful in building trusting, lasting relationships—whether in business or life. It’s about creating a space where respect and empathy thrive, making people feel valued and understood. This approach helps build strong connections that last and lays the groundwork for long-term success and support for everyone involved.
