As a client success manager, I specialize in providing seamless support to clients by managing their claims and daily operations with precision and efficiency. From processing and tracking claims to managing emails, ensuring smooth communication, and anticipating the needs of others.
What do you love most about supporting our clients?
I love coming alongside and supporting others during what can often be a stressful and complex process. Navigating claims requires attention to detail and a compassionate approach, and I take pride in being the person they can rely on for clarity and support.
What is a common challenge you help solve?
Claims forms and follow ups.
What’s one thing clients / HR teams don’t realize about what you do?
That simple requests are not always that simple and one email can take time before a final resolution.
Fun fact about you outside of work?
I love to build miniature models of houses and rooms.
Advice for anyone trying to create change and make an impact?
Find good leaders and be willing to learn from them. Do not always come to the table trying to change things, be willing to step back and see the whole picture.
