What is your role at The Benefit Doctor?
As a Benefits Consultant at BenDoc, I guide clients through their benefits options, ensuring they and their teams have a clear understanding of their plans. I provide expert assistance with filing claims, answering policy-related questions, and developing tailored solutions to address benefits challenges. My goal is to help clients optimize their benefits packages to align with their needs and budget while enhancing overall employee satisfaction.
What do you love most about supporting our clients?
What I love most about supporting my clients is simplifying the often overwhelming and confusing world of employee benefits. I take pride in providing clear, practical solutions that make sense for both employers and their teams. Seeing the relief and confidence that comes when they truly understand their benefits—and how these plans are designed to support them—is incredibly rewarding.
What is a common challenge you help solve?
A common challenge I help my clients overcome is uncovering benefits solutions they weren’t aware of or hadn’t been properly educated on. By providing clear guidance and tailored options, I empower them to make informed decisions that enhance their benefits offerings while aligning with their needs and budget.
What’s one thing clients / HR teams don’t realize about what you do?
One thing clients and HR teams often don’t realize about my role is that I do more than just present benefits options—I serve as a strategic partner, educator, and problem-solver. I take the time to ensure they fully understand their benefits, uncover opportunities they may not have known existed, and provide ongoing support to make their benefits work effectively for their organization and employees.

In my free time, I love exploring new destinations, immersing myself in ancient history, and visiting historical sites. I also have a passion for cooking and enjoy entertaining guests, bringing people together over great food and meaningful conversations.
