We make insurance fun and simple, and find creative ways to bring more value.
What makes BenDoc's approach different from other brokers in your opinion?
We focus on hitting a home run for the client through the entire enrollment experience by providing outside the box solutions that keep it fun and simple for their employees.
Fun fact about you outside of work?
We have been married for 23 years and have two teenage sons, Chase and Drake. As a family, we enjoy spending time at our cabin in Mercer, WI. We love to travel, and Door County is one of our favorite places to visit year round.
Advice for anyone trying to create change and make an impact?
Take imperfect action. Be willing to be uncomfortable, as that is when you are growing!
