What is your role at The Benefit Doctor?
I’m part of a virtual team of eight women, each of us working behind the scenes to make sure everything in the insurance process runs smoothly.
What do you love most about supporting our clients?
I enjoy making the process as seamless as possible and providing clarity when needed.
What is a common challenge you help solve?
I ensure producers have all the key information they need and provide updates so they are always in the loop. So a challenge I help solve might be efficiency and customer service.

Fun fact about you outside of work?
I’m a mom to 3 boys whose life currently revolves around family adventures such as traveling, exploring the city, and attending soccer games.
Advice for anyone trying to create change and make an impact?
Be kind to yourself and others. Creating change can be mentally/physically/emotionally draining. Just continue seeing the positive in all situations throughout your process and think about how you can turn those into opportunities for learning and growth for yourself and others.
